I. INTRODUCTION With the development of large-scale and very large-scale integrated circuit technology, the cost of microcomputers and microchip chips has been declining. More and more communication equipments have been digitized, programmed and intelligentized gradually. This accelerated the development of the communications industry and added many integrated services to the communications service. As far as China’s current long-distance situation is concerned, it is fully automatic, semi-automatic and man-made.
