目的应用多层螺旋CT三维成像技术测量正常成人和原发性泪道阻塞(PNDO)患者骨性泪道,探讨骨性泪道的长度和直径在PNDO的诊断和治疗中的价值。方法对52名正常成人和78例PNDO患者行多层螺旋CT轴位平扫,三维重组后测量骨性泪道的长度和直径。结果正常成人骨性泪道长度[(13.17±1.34)mm]较PNDO患者[(13.72±0.91)mm]短(P<0.01)。正常成人骨性泪道最窄直径[(4.13±0.66)mm]较PNDO患者[(3.41±0.37)mm]大(P<0.01)。PNDO手术治疗后无效组较治愈组的骨性泪道长度更长、直径更小,差异具有显著意义。结论多层螺旋CT三维成像可以协助临床更好地诊断和治疗PNDO。
Objective To evaluate the value of the length and diameter of osseous lacrimal duct in the diagnosis and treatment of PNDO in patients with normal lacrimal duct obstruction (PNDO) by multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging. Methods 52 cases of normal adults and 78 cases of PNDO patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT axial plain, three-dimensional reconstruction measured length and diameter of the osseous lacrimal duct. Results The length of normal adult lacrimal duct [(13.17 ± 1.34) mm] was shorter than that of PNDO (13.72 ± 0.91 mm) (P <0.01). The narrowest diameter of normal adult lacrimal duct [(4.13 ± 0.66) mm] was significantly larger than that of PNDO (3.41 ± 0.37 mm) (P <0.01). In the invalid group after PNDO operation, the length of the osseous lacrimal duct was longer and the diameter was smaller than that of the cured group, the difference was significant. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging can help clinical diagnosis and treatment of PNDO better.
