Lysozyme is one of the components of the normal body’s non-specific immune defense mechanism. Recently, due to the deepening of the research on non-specific immunity, the close relationship between lysozyme and various clinical diseases has been gradually confirmed. It is mostly used for the classification of leukemia, an auxiliary diagnostic indicator for some diseases and treatment of certain inflammations. In this experiment, serum levels of lysozyme in normal and sterile six-week-old guinea pigs were measured using agar plate punching method, and the differences in immune function between the two were discussed. Materials and Methods 1. Reagents: Phosphate buffer (M/15 pH6.4): 1.1% of agar powder dissolved in PBS pH 6.4
