为优化铅锌尾砂胶结充填工艺参数,提高充填体的强度指标,采用正交试验方法分析料浆质量分数、灰砂比、粉煤灰掺量对充填体坍落度、泌水率和单轴抗压强度的影响,并确定充填材料的最优配合比。试验结果显示:料浆质量分数是影响充填体坍落度和泌水率的主要因素,料浆质量分数为74%时,坍落度为18.2~21.0 cm,料浆质量分数为74%时泌水率最低(≈1%);充填体7天和28天单轴抗压强度与料浆质量分数及灰砂比呈正相关关系,与粉煤灰掺量呈负相关关系。综合考虑坍落度、泌水率和单轴抗压强度后得出试验结果,铅锌尾砂胶结充填最优配合比为料浆质量分数74%、灰砂比1:6、粉煤灰掺量15%。
In order to optimize the process parameters of cementing and filling of lead-zinc tailings and improve the strength index of filling body, the orthogonal test was used to analyze the influence of slurry mass fraction, lime-sand ratio and fly ash content on the slump, Shaft compressive strength, and to determine the optimal filling material mix. The test results show that the slurry mass fraction is the main factor that affects the slump and bleeding rate of the filling body. When the pulp mass fraction is 74%, the slump is 18.2-21.0 cm and the pulp mass fraction is 74% The water content was the lowest (≈1%). The uniaxial compressive strength of 7 days and 28 days was positively correlated with the mass fraction of slurry and the ratio of sand to sand, negatively correlated with the content of fly ash. Considering the slump, bleeding rate and uniaxial compressive strength, the experimental results are obtained. The optimal mixing ratio of the lead-zinc tailings cementing is 74% of the slurry mass fraction, 1: 6 of the sand-to-sand ratio, 15%.
