采用标准接触式热膨胀仪对纤维单向增强的碳/铝复合材料的纵向和横向热膨胀系数进行了测定。试件是用碳/铝复合丝和铝箔(LD_2)交替辅层在低于金属熔点50℃条件下热压而成。纤维的体积含量分别为 0、0.27、0.32、0.34、0.39、0.46。测定的温度范围是从室温到400℃。结果表明,碳/铝复合材料的热膨胀系数同纤维的种类、纤维的体积含量以及测定的温度范围有关。测定的结果同计算值作比较,结果表明碳/铝复合材料的热膨胀系数可以用混合规则的修正表达式来描述。
The longitudinal and transverse thermal expansion coefficients of unidirectionally reinforced carbon / aluminum composites were measured using a standard contact thermal dilatometer. The test piece is made of carbon / aluminum composite wire and aluminum foil (LD_2) alternately secondary layer below the metal melting point under the conditions of 50 ℃ hot pressed. The volume of fiber content were 0,0.27,0.32,0.34,0.39,0.46. The measured temperature range is from room temperature to 400 ° C. The results show that the thermal expansion coefficient of carbon / aluminum composites is related to the type of fiber, the volume content of fiber and the temperature range. The results of the measurements are compared with the calculated values and the results show that the CTE of a carbon / aluminum composite can be described by a modified rule of mixing rules.
