我院从2009-07-2010-07对196例患者进行单双人操作,并进行了一项对比性研究。结果表明结肠镜操作过程中单人术比双人术可以通过保持直线化状态,提高患者忍受程度,减轻痛苦,缩短检查时间,现总结如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料患者196例均取自我院内镜室因下消化道症状而行结肠镜检查者,其中男106例,女90例,年龄18～85岁。临床表现为腹痛、腹泻、便秘、便血、脓血便、转移性肿瘤寻找原发灶、腹部肿块等。将例患者随机分成两组,两组各
Our hospital from 2009-07-2010-07 on 196 patients were single and double operation, and conducted a comparative study. The results show that the single colon surgery operation than double surgery can maintain a straight line state, improve patient tolerance, reduce pain and shorten the examination time, are summarized as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information 196 patients were taken from our hospital because of lower gastrointestinal symptoms colonoscopy, including 106 males and 90 females, aged 18 to 85 years.
