随着创业活动的兴起,创业者的研究逐渐引起研究者的关注。本文主要从心理学的研究视角出发,对创业者个体层次的研究进行了回顾。发现创业者个体研究领域经过几十年的发展,经历了从特质取向到行为取向,再到类型化取向转变的演变历程。文章对该领域已取得的研究成果进行了系统的梳理和总结,并在此基础上对未来的研究方向予以展望。 With the rise of entrepreneurial activity, the research of entrepreneurs gradually arouses the researchers’ attention. This article mainly reviews the research on entrepreneurial individual level from the perspective of psychology research. It is found that after several decades of development, the individual research field of entrepreneurs has undergone a process of evolution from idiosyncratic orientation to behavioral orientation to typological orientation. The article systematically sorts and summarizes the research results that have been made in this field, and on this basis, it forecasts the future research direction.
