以白背毛木耳为试材,研究枝条菌种、木屑菌种这2个不同处理对栽培袋满袋时间、污染率、产量的影响,并对不同处理的经济效益进行比较分析。结果表明:白背毛木耳枝条种满袋时间比木屑菌种平均提前14d,污染率降低28.4%,总产量平均提高10.33%。方差分析显示,枝条菌种与木屑种第一潮耳产量、总产量有极显著差异。采用的枝条菌种也和木屑种一样保持第一潮耳产量高这一特性,第一潮耳产量占总产量比值为84.61%,比木屑种提高2.25个百分点。
The effects of two different treatments, twig species and sawdust species, on the bagging time, pollution rate and yield of bags were studied. The economic benefits of different treatments were compared. The results showed that the time for bagging bagged white fungus branches was 14 days earlier than that for sawdust species, the pollution rate was reduced by 28.4% and the average yield was increased by 10.33%. Analysis of variance showed that there was a significant difference between the first ear yield and the total yield of shoot strains and sawdust species. The twig species used also maintained the same characteristics as sawdust with the high first-ear yield. The first-ear yield accounted for 84.61% of the total output and 2.25% higher than that of sawdust.
