教师教学决策会影响教学活动的质量和教师专业发展水平,教师教学决策已经成为教学理论研究的一个重要选题。近年来,教师教学决策的研究内容主要有教师教学决策的内涵、教师教学决策的模式、专家和新手教师教学决策的比较、教师教学决策存在的问题和促进策略等。以后,有必要增强研究的针对性、拓宽研究视野和采用多种研究方法。
Teachers ’teaching decision-making will affect the quality of teaching activities and teachers’ professional development level. Teacher’s teaching decision-making has become an important topic for teaching theory research. In recent years, the content of teachers ’teaching decision-making mainly includes the connotation of teachers’ teaching decision-making, the model of teacher’s teaching decision-making, the comparison between expert and novice teacher’s teaching decision-making, the existing problems and promoting strategies of teacher’s teaching decision. In the future, it is necessary to enhance the pertinence of research, broaden the research horizon and adopt a variety of research methods.
