以某型额定电流2kA电弧触发器为对象,建立了基于ANSYS平台的温升及弧前模型,分别对纯石英砂与水玻璃砂两种填料和绝热条件下的触发器进行了仿真计算.结果显示:填料对触发器稳态温升特性影响不明显,但会增加触发器弧前I2t值及延长弧前时间;触发器采用纯石英砂填料较采用水玻璃砂填料的弧前时间更短.最后制作了采用以上两种填料的触发器试验样品并进行了温升及弧前特性试验,试验结果与仿真分析结果一致,其中触发器采用纯石英砂填料比采用水玻璃砂填料弧前I2t值降低了21.1%,表明触发器采用纯石英砂填料更优.
Taking a certain type of rated current 2kA arc trigger as object, the temperature rise and pre-arc model based on ANSYS platform were established, and the simulations were carried out on the two types of filler, pure quartz sand and sodium silicate sand, and the adiabatic condition respectively. It shows that the filler has little effect on the steady-state temperature rise characteristics of the trigger but increases the pre-arc I2t value of the trigger and prolongs the pre-arc time; the trigger uses a pure quartz sand filler shorter than the pre-arc time using the water glass sand filler. At last, the trigger test samples with the above two kinds of fillers are fabricated and the temperature rise and arc pre-test are carried out. The test results are in good agreement with the simulation results. The trigger uses pure quartz sand filler than the before-arc I2t value A decrease of 21.1%, indicating that the trigger using pure quartz sand filler is better.
