清选损失传感器通过谷粒冲击传感器获取冲击信号,由于工作中振动噪声非常强烈,常规检测方法很难将谷粒冲击信号检测出来。为此,首先给出了检测系统的系统框图,确定了采用Cymbal振子来设计传感器,接着对检测系统的信号调理电路进行了设计。最后,将该检测系统用龙格库塔算法程序化,确定了混沌检测系统的参数,并应用EVC(Embedded Visual C++)程序将检测系统移植到ARM9.0的WINCE 5.0平台上,证实了该系统的可用性。
The cleaning loss sensor obtains the impact signal through the grain impact sensor.
