对高炉喷煤富氧的一些关键问题作了理论与实际的探索,作出各种因素节能的量值计算分析。提出了双高纯制氧机降低纯度操作的观念及其节能值比较,并规划了“合中有分、一网两系”的供氧系统基本模式,可供各厂因地制宜参考。图17表16参30。本部分(上)主要为高炉喷煤富氧的意义(冶金结构优化的核心);发展态势、要求及制氧方面当前的技术情况;关于炼铁供氧的几个问题雏议(喷煤富氧的经济纯度、制氧机选择何种为佳)。图9表8。
Made some theoretical and practical explorations on some key issues of blast furnace pulverized coal enrichment and oxygen enrichment, and made various calculation and analysis of energy conservation for various factors.
