对三种典型金属Ni、Cu、Cr及其氧化物膜NiO、CuO和Cr2 O3 在碳氢化合物热裂解反应中的结焦特点和发生碳势还原反应的可能性进行了系统的理论分析 .在 80 0℃条件下进行结焦加速实验 ,结合扫描电境 (SEM )、X射线能谱 (EDAX)和X射线光电子谱 (XPS)对结焦表面进行表面形貌、元素成份和化合价态分析 ,揭示了上述三种金属及其氧化物膜不同的结焦行为和结焦机理
The coking characteristics and the possibility of carbon potential reduction of NiO, CuO and Cr2 O3 of three typical metals Ni, Cu, Cr and their oxide films in the pyrolysis reaction of hydrocarbons were systematically and theoretically analyzed. The experiments of coking acceleration at 0 ℃ were carried out. The surface topography, elemental composition and valence state of the coked surfaces were analyzed by SEM, XRD and XPS.
