沉井施工以往多是根据设计要求,在施工现场定井位、井体制作、下沉、封底、填筑以及工程验收等工序来完成的。当井位下地质情况复杂或遇有障碍物时,往往给下沉工作带来很大困难,造成井身裂缝、倾斜、位移,甚至下沉失败,既延误了工期,又影响了工程质量。特别是冬期施工,工期矛盾就更为突出。为此,我单位在某综合商场工程施工中,根据以往竖井施工经验,结合该工程实际,将沉井井身制作、下沉两道工序合二为一,采取分段倒砌法施工,获得了成功。

For this reason, in the construction of a comprehensive shopping mall, our company combined the previous shaft construction experience with the actual conditions of the project, combined the two processes of sinking well production and sinking into one, and adopted the subsection method to achieve Success.
