一切生物均靠摄取营养素来维持生命,而人类的营养素大都来自饮食物中,故食物的良否与人体的健康有着密切的关系.营养素对运动员更为重要,训练与饮食是两个大问题,那一个跟不上都会影响成绩的提高.因此对运动员营养的合理安排,是保证大运动量训练、提高运动能力、创造优异成绩的物质基础.今年五月下旬到六月上旬,我们曾对我省部分速滑、滑雪运动员进行了营养调查.内速滑运动员5人(男4人、女1人),滑雪运动员7人(男4人、女3人).以×××速滑运动队运动员五月二十二日进餐为例(见表一),并与表二、表三进行对照比较;
