介绍一种采用目标温度控制的二冷水控制模型及其应用。该模型以冶金准则和传热学为基础,根据现场的实际工艺和设备参数,得出最佳的配水参数。各控制回路根据模型给出的配水参数,控制各回路的实际水量,以达到最佳的冷却效果。
A secondary cooling water control model using target temperature control and its application are introduced. The model based on metallurgical principles and heat transfer, based on the actual process and equipment parameters at the scene, come to the best water distribution parameters. Each control loop according to the model gives the water distribution parameters, control the actual amount of water in each loop, in order to achieve the best cooling effect.
