从离子运动方程出发,用峰形分析方法对离子的质谱峰进行数据再处理,首次从飞行时间质谱谱峰峰形中获得离子产生时的空间分布信息。这种峰形分析方法可以广泛应用于分析飞行时间质谱的各种离子源中离子的分布。
Based on the ion motion equation, the peak shape data of the ions were reprocessed by the peak shape analysis method. The spatial distribution information of ions was obtained for the first time from the peak shape of the time of flight mass spectrometry. This peak shape analysis method can be widely used to analyze the distribution of ions in various ion sources of time of flight mass spectrometry.
