在传统的初中英语教学课堂上,教师常采用相同的教学方法和教学手段开展教学活动,忽视了学生在兴趣爱好、学习方法、智力水平和接受能力上的差异,使得教学效果不明显,学生两级分化严重。因此,如何缩小或消除学生之间存在的差异,提高初中学生的英语水平和教师的教学质量,是值得每个英语教师探索和研究的问题。本文结合初中学生和英语学科的特点,提出在课堂教学中运用差异化教学的方法,以期为解决学生差异找到更好的教学途径。
