通过试验比较了魔芋与羧甲基纤维素、明胶、小麦淀粉等粘合剂的性能,证明魔芋粉浸润迅速、沉降快、吸水率高,溶胶稳定性好,粘滞性强并持久。以魔芋为粘合剂制成的颗粒饲料在水中沉降速度快,水中颗粒散失率和蛋白质流失率均较低。经养殖鳖、蟹试验,证明其不仅无毒害,而且本身即为营养物质,能被鳖、蟹吸收利用。 The properties of konjak, such as carboxymethylcellulose, gelatin and wheat starch, were compared through experiments. It was proved that konjac flour infiltrated rapidly, settled quickly, had high water absorption, good sol stability, strong viscosity and long lasting. With konjac as binder, the pellet feed settles fast in water, and the rate of particle water loss and protein loss is low. The breeding turtle, crab test, not only proved its non-toxic, but also their own nutrients that can be turtle, crab absorption and utilization.
