目的建立有效快速的液氯泄漏扩散模拟系统,便于快速确定不同液氯泄漏量及时间的影响范围,为事故应急救援及日常应急演练提供决策依据。方法采用SLAB泄漏扩散模型,建立基于GIS的液氯泄漏扩散模拟系统,对液氯储罐、输送管线在不同破裂情况下的泄漏扩散进行模拟。结果分别对液氯储罐罐体裂口10.16 cm、罐体整体破裂及液氯输送管线裂口为2.54 cm,泄漏10 min时的扩散范围进行模拟,其死亡、重伤等覆盖的区域可明显在企业的区域地图上予以显示。结论基于GIS的液氯泄漏扩散模拟系统可根据模拟结果直接显示事故最佳防护隔离区域、人员最短疏散路径等,为液氯泄漏事故的应急疏散提供技术保障。
Objective To establish an effective and rapid liquid chlorine leakage diffusion simulation system to facilitate the rapid determination of different liquid chlorine leakage and the impact of the time range to provide a basis for emergency rescue and daily emergency drills. Methods Based on SLAB model, a simulation system of liquid chlorine leakage and diffusion based on GIS was established to simulate the leakage and diffusion of liquid chlorine tanks and transfer lines under different rupture conditions. Results The diffusion range of cracked 10.16 cm tank, integral tank rupture and 2.55 cm liquid chlorine leaky pipeline were simulated respectively. The area covered by the death, serious injury and so on was apparently found in the enterprise Regional map to be displayed. Conclusion Based on GIS, the simulation system of liquid chlorine leakage and diffusion can directly display the best protective isolation area and the shortest evacuation routes according to the simulation results, so as to provide technical support for the emergency evacuation of liquid chlorine leakage.
