目的:分析家长健康教育对儿童接种工作的影响以及如何正确进行健康教育。方法:对我院2011年9月～2012年9月接受儿童预防接种的儿童家长进行问卷调查,将参加系统化健康教育的儿童家长与未参加系统化健康教育的儿童家长进行对比分析。结果:观察组家长在健康教育接受程度对比和儿童接种后不良反应发生率对比方面均明显优于对照组。结论:在儿童预防接种疫苗工作中对家长开展系统的健康教育非常有必要,而且效果显著。
Objective: To analyze the impact of parental health education on child vaccination and how to carry out health education correctly. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among parents of children who received preventive immunization from September 2011 to September 2012 in our hospital. The parents of children who participated in systematic health education were compared with those of parents who did not participate in systematic health education. Results: The observation group parents were significantly better than the control group in the comparison of the acceptance of health education and the incidence of adverse reactions after child vaccination. Conclusion: It is very necessary and effective for parents to carry out systematic health education in the vaccination of children.
