本文提出了由微波直接外差到低频,并采用低频电感移相器作标准器来实现精密微波相位校准的新方案和实验装置。该装置在5cm频段上达到的准确度为±0.1°。采用分频法,则可把装置的准确度提高到±0.02°。文中对误差分析,以及检验准确度的自校准技术提出了一些见解。
In this paper, a new scheme and experimental device for microwave phase alignment from microwave to direct heterodyne to low frequency and low frequency inductances phase shifter as standard are proposed. The accuracy achieved by this device over the 5cm band is ± 0.1 °. By using the crossover method, the accuracy of the device can be increased to ± 0.02 °. In this paper, some opinions are put forward on the error analysis and the self-calibration technique of testing accuracy.
