CuNi_2Si是近年来广泛使用在高铁接触网零部件上的一种镍硅青铜材料。在铜合金的锻造过程中,锻件表面出现异常的条带状花纹。采用直读式光谱仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪对异样锻件进行分析。结果发现:铜棒与锻件的内部成分与组织都是符合要求的,并未出现异常。对断面进行显微分析发现表面与基体有明显的分层,且其化学组分与基体也有较大差异。由此分析,锻件表面出现异样是由于原材料表面粘滞着其他材料造成的。由此,提出了相应的改进措施,并取得了较理想的成效。
CuNi_2Si is a nickel-silicon bronze material that has been widely used in high-speed railway catenary components in recent years. In the forging process of copper alloy, forging surface abnormal ribbon pattern. Direct reading spectrometer, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analyzer were used to analyze the abnormal forgings. The results showed that: the internal composition and organization of copper rods and forgings are in line with the requirements, without exception. The microscopic analysis of the cross section shows that the surface has obvious stratification with the matrix, and its chemical composition and matrix also have great differences. From this analysis, the abnormal appearance of forgings is caused by the sticking of other materials on the surface of raw materials. As a result, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward and the satisfactory results have been achieved.
