近年来,宁波市不断加大医疗机构临床用血管理,尤其是对医疗机构输血技术人员准入制度建设作了全方位的研究与探讨。通过对输血技术人员师资、全员准入、岗位培训基地准入、及岗位培训后续准入等不同时期、不同阶段的建设与实践,逐步形成了地方特色的输血技术人员准入制度,取得了一定的成效。输血技术人员准入制度的建设,进一步加强了对医疗机构输血技术人员管理,增强了输血科(血库)从业人员输血安全意识,提高了临床输血操作技能,保证了医疗机构临床输血安全,对保障输血患者生命安全与健康具有重要作用与意义。
