本文通过数值计算的方法,应用FLUENT软件对表冷器干工况进行了三维数值模拟。在模拟过程中,考虑了肋片管管壁面对肋片导热所引起的肋片表面温度分布场对换热的影响,分析了不同肋片高度、厚度以及肋片间距对肋片管表冷器换热性能的影响,同时讨论了肋片不同几何参数对表冷器肋片管肋片效率的影响。根据分析,建议肋片厚度取0.2~0.4mm,肋片间距取2.4~3.2 mm,肋片高度不超过18 mm。
In this paper, three-dimensional numerical simulation of the working condition of the COLD cooler is carried out by using the numerical calculation method and FLUENT software. In the process of simulation, the influence of the heat distribution on the surface of the fin caused by the thermal conduction of the finned tube wall to the heat transfer of the finned fin tube was considered. The influence of different fin height, thickness and fin spacing on the cold The influence of different geometrical parameters of fin on the fin efficiency of the finned tube was discussed. According to the analysis, it is recommended that the thickness of the fins should be 0.2-0.4 mm, the fins should be 2.4-3.2 mm, and the height of the fins should not exceed 18 mm.
