采用横纹槽管 ( 含缩放管) 做传热管, 以波网、空心环和折流杆做管束的 支承结构的管壳式换热器进行了传热性能实验和原理分析。结果表明, 在相同热量和 相同功率消 耗条件下, 传热面 积减少30 % ~50 % ,用于炼油厂渣油—原油换热传热系数提高85 % , 用于小合成氨厂, 传热面积可节省68 % 。
The heat transfer performance experiment and principle analysis were carried out on the shell and tube heat exchanger with the support structure of horizontal grooved tube (including the scaling tube) and the support structure of the wave net, the hollow ring and the baffle rod.
