为改善含RDX复合固体推进剂的安全性能和力学性能,采用化学包覆方法,对RDX进行了聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩(PEDOT)包覆处理,并对包覆前后的RDX进行SEM,FTIR,DTA,TGA,XPS和XRD分析表征。对包覆RDX的表面导电性能进行测试,导电率达5×10~(-5)S/cm,对包覆RDX的机械感度进行了测试,撞击、摩擦感度得到显著降低。进一步对PEDOT/RDX和RDX的PET四组元推进剂进行了装药,得出包覆后推进剂的拉伸性能比未包覆的有显著提高,同时PEDOT包覆RDX后,固体推进剂的能量没有损失。
In order to improve the safety performance and mechanical properties of RDX composite solid propellant, RDX was coated with poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT) by chemical coating method, and the RDX before and after coating was SEM , FTIR, DTA, TGA, XPS and XRD analysis.
