目的:探讨蜂花前清茶对丙酸睾酮诱发小鼠实验性前列腺增生的改善作用以及作用机制。方法:采用皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮诱发小鼠实验性前列腺增生模型,同时连续3周灌胃给予125、250、500 mg/kg三种不同剂量的蜂花前清茶提取物后,分别测定小鼠前列腺湿重、计算前列腺指数、血清睾酮(T)含量、前列腺组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、抗氧化能力指数(ORAC)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平,光镜下观察前列腺组织形态学变化及HPLC法测定蜂花前清茶对体外5α-还原酶活性的影响。结果:与模型组相比,蜂花前清茶能显著减轻前列腺湿重,降低前列腺指数、血清T含量和前列腺组织中MDA含量,显著提高抗氧化能力指数和GSH水平,同时体外实验证明蜂花前清茶对5α-还原酶活性显示一定的抑制效果。结论:蜂花前清茶对丙酸睾酮引起的小鼠实验性前列腺增生具有一定的抑制作用,其作用机制可能与影响5α-还原酶活性以及调节体内过氧化状态相关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect and mechanism of pre-bee flower tea on experimental benign prostatic hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate in mice. METHODS: A model of experimental benign prostatic hyperplasia was induced by subcutaneous injection of testosterone propionate. At the same time, after three consecutive doses of 125, 250, and 500 mg/kg gavage of bee flower extract, the mice’s prostate was measured. Wet weight, calculation of prostate index, serum testosterone (T) content, malondialdehyde (MDA) content in prostate tissue, antioxidant activity index (ORAC), and glutathione (GSH) level, light microscopic observation of prostate histomorphology Changes and HPLC method were used to determine the effect of tea before flowering on the 5α-reductase activity in vitro. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the tea before the bee flower significantly reduced the prostatic wet weight, decreased the prostate index, serum T content and MDA content in the prostate tissue, significantly increased the antioxidant capacity index and GSH level, and in vitro experiments proved that before the bee flowering. Tea has a certain inhibitory effect on 5α-reductase activity. Conclusion: Pre-Hualom tea has a certain inhibitory effect on experimental benign prostatic hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate in mice. Its mechanism may be related to the effect of 5α-reductase activity and regulation of peroxidation in vivo.
