本文在分析环件金属变形的基础上,用上限单元法构造了满足边界条件的速度场,分析了各工艺因素对环轧过程的影响.理论结果得到了实验验证.所提出的方法可用于坏轧工艺分析,对生产和轧机设计具有实际的应用意义.
Based on the analysis of the deformation of the ring metal, the velocity field satisfying the boundary conditions is constructed by the upper-limit element method and the influence of each process factor on the ring rolling process is analyzed. The theoretical results have been verified by experiments. The proposed method can be used for bad Rolling process analysis, production and mill design has practical significance.
