井架二层台逃生装置是近年来为井架工在紧急情况下迅速撤离的逃生装置,但在现场安装时随意性大,存在高空坠落和紧急时不能逃生的安全隐患。经过研究,现场改进了二层台逃生装置的安装结构,并对逃生门进行了改造,增大了逃生系统的安全性,消除了潜在的安全风险。整套改装不需要对应急逃生装置本身进行更改,技术要求不高,改造成本低。通过在准东钻井公司多个井架上应用后表明,井架工能够从容地使用应急逃生装置,现场安装简单,操作方便,安全可靠。

After researching, the installation structure of the second floor terrace escape device was improved on site and the escape door was modified to increase the safety of the escape system and eliminate the potential safety risk. The entire conversion does not require changes to the emergency escape device itself, the technical requirements are not high, low transformation costs. Through the application on multiple derricks of quasi-east drilling company, the derrick can easily use the emergency escape device, and has the advantages of simple installation on site, convenient and safe operation.
