目的:探讨医师定期考核的具体方法,并指出加强医师定期考核后对医师的影响。方法:以2013年度参加我院医师考核的528名医务人员为研究对象,首先让医务人员接受全面而系统的培训,然后对我院医务人员进行职业道德、业务水平以及工作成绩三个方面的考核,考核分四步:个人自我评定、科室评定、相关职能部门评定以及医院考核办公室评定。结果:此考核方法能细致且权威的反映医务人员的综合水平。结论:科学技术的高速发展导致严谨的医学风气逐渐淡化,而医师定期考核这项制度有助于改善这种状况,从而提高医务人员的水平,进而提高医疗机构的核心竞争力。“,”[Objective] To investigate the specific methods physicians regular assessment and noted that enhance the impact of physician after physician regular assessment. Conclusion: The rapid development of science and technology has led to strict medical ethos gradual y fade, and regular assessment of this system wil help physicians improve the situation, thereby increasing the level of medical personnel, and to improve the core competitiveness of the medical institutions.
