本文研究铝箔在不同温度下的退火情况,从中找出最佳的退火温度和最佳的腐蚀液浓度,以提高阳极箔的腐蚀系数,达到铝电解电容器小型化的目的. 文章着重对低、高压,软、硬箔电化学腐蚀试验,对其宏观性能及其微观机理进行了初步探讨,论述了铝电解电容器阳极箔晶间腐蚀与表面腐蚀相结合的腐蚀机理.讨论了软箔与硬箔在高、低压形成下对腐蚀系数的影响.
