本文从地理学的视角,以“人地关系”理论为基础,构建了旅游城市世界性评价的指标体系框架。首先,将评价指标分为“游客”(人)和“旅游目的地”(地)两大部分,其中,游客是旅游行为的主体,而城市则是旅游行为的客体;其次,对“旅游目的地”进一步细分,细化为核心旅游资源及围绕旅游资源的外围元素;最后,对旅游主体与旅游客体之间的交互进行评价。本文以该理念为基础,构建了包括旅游资源及吸引力指标、旅游基础服务水平指标、旅游外围服务指数、旅游通道特征指标以及旅游主体(游客)特征指标等在内的旅游城市世界性的指标评价体系。
From the perspective of geography and based on the theory of relationship between man and land, this paper constructs the framework of the index system for the worldwide evaluation of tourist cities. Firstly, the evaluation index is divided into two parts: “tourist ” (people) and “tourist destination ” (place), of which tourists are the main body of tourism behavior and the city is the object of tourism behavior. Secondly, Further subdivides “tourist destination ” into fine core tourism resources and peripheral elements surrounding the tourism resources; and finally, evaluates the interaction between the tourist subject and the tourist object. Based on this concept, this paper builds a global index of tourist cities, including tourism resources and attractiveness indicators, basic tourism service level indicators, tourism service index, characteristics of tourism corridors and tourist destinations (tourists) Evaluation System.
