通过测定小鼠腹腔注射不同剂量γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)后小鼠耗氧量的变化,以及饮用不同剂量γ-氨基丁酸溶液后小鼠缺氧生存时间的变化,探讨γ-氨基丁酸对小鼠缺氧耐受性的影响。结果表明,腹腔注射γ-氨基丁酸后小鼠耗氧量明显减少,其中注射0.625 g/kg GABA的小鼠耗氧量与注射前有极显著差异,耗氧量降低20.59%。γ-氨基丁酸饮水处理能延长小鼠缺氧生存时间,其中5 g/L GABA饮水处理的小鼠缺氧生存时间与对照有显著差异。说明适当剂量γ-氨基丁酸可以明显提高小鼠的缺氧耐受性。
