目的建立抗风湿类中成药中非法添加化学成分吡罗昔康与美洛昔康的快速检测方法。方法采用化学鉴别方法进行快速筛查,并用薄层色谱法进行进一步确认验证。结果化学鉴别与薄层色谱法能快速准确的检测出抗风湿类中成药中非法添加化学成分吡罗昔康与美洛昔康。结论本方法简便、快速、准确、专属性强,可用于抗风湿类中成药中非法添加的吡罗昔康与美洛昔康的快速检测,并且还能够在基层及国家配备的快检车上应用。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid method for the determination of piroxicam and meloxicam, a chemical component of anti-rheumatoid traditional Chinese medicines, illegally added. Methods The method of chemical identification was used for rapid screening and further confirmation by thin layer chromatography. Results Chemical identification and thin layer chromatography can quickly and accurately detect the anti-rheumatoid Chinese patent medicine illegally added to the chemical composition of piroxicam and meloxicam. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and specific. It can be used for the rapid detection of piroxicam and meloxicam illegally added in proprietary Chinese medicines for rheumatoid arthritis. It can also be applied on the grassroots level and nationally equipped fast-check car.
