目的研究尖叶长柄山蚂蝗化学成分。方法采用冷浸法以75%的乙醇对尖叶长柄山蚂蝗进行提取,利用色谱柱、大孔树脂等方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,再结合单体化合物的理化数据和波谱数据鉴定化学结构。结果共分离鉴定得到4个化合物,分别为邻羟基苯甲酸,β-胡萝卜苷,白桦酯醇,2-羟基十六烷酸。所有化合物均是首次从该植物中分离得到。结论尖叶长柄山蚂蝗其乙醇提取物具有较好的抗氧化活性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Lepidoptera longtidae. Methods The cold-immersed method was used to extract the leech from Leymus chinensis with 75% ethanol. The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography and macroporous resin. The chemical structure was also identified by the physicochemical and spectroscopic data . Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as o-hydroxybenzoic acid, β-daucosterol, betulin and 2-hydroxyhexadecanoic acid, respectively. All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Conclusion The ethanol extract of C. longifolia L. has good anti-oxidative activity.
