Due to the similarity of the creep curves of frozen soil, a unified model for the non-attenuation creep of the frozen soil under uniaxial stress is proposed, which is expressed by a normalized equation and some creep indexes. The normalized equation represents the natural rheological property of the frozen soil and is independent of the applied stress which affects only the creep indexes.
