在分析辽宁省地震局科技队伍现状的基础上,本文指出,在人员分布上,科技人员在业务部门所占的比例相对偏少;高学历的科技人员为数不多;高、中、初级人员的比例不尽合理,具有高级职称的人员太少,中级科技人员数量也不足人员的专业构成不协调,地球物理专业的人才比较缺乏。针对辽宁地震局科技队伍知识老化,年龄老化和一些中、青年科技人员的技术水平急待提高等问题,文章进一步论述了开展继续工程教育的重要性。并对如何搞好继续工程教育提出了具体建议。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of science and technology teams in Liaoning Seismological Bureau, this paper points out that in the distribution of personnel, the proportion of scientific and technical personnel in the business sector is relatively small; there are only a few highly educated scientific and technological personnel; The proportion is not reasonable, there are too few senior professional titles, the number of middle-level scientific and technical personnel is not enough, and the professional composition of personnel is not harmonious. The shortage of geophysical professionals is also lacking. Aiming at the problems such as knowledge aging, age aging of some science and technology teams in Liaoning Seismological Bureau and some urgent needs for technical skills of young and middle-aged scientists and technicians, the article further discusses the importance of continuing engineering education. And put forward specific suggestions on how to do well in continuing engineering education.
