供给侧结构性改革是党中央、国务院为应对当前不利经济形势而推出的一项重大战略决策,山东省委、省政府近期出台了《关于深入推进供给侧结构性改革的实施意见》,推出了山东省的改革实施计划。本文从五大理论逻辑分析入手,具体提出了开发性金融服务山东供给侧结构性改革的对策和建议,突出体现了开发性金融在重点领域、薄弱环节、关键时期的重要作用。 The supply-side structural reform is a major strategic decision launched by the Central Party Committee and the State Council in response to the current unfavorable economic situation. Recently, the Shandong provincial party committee and government have promulgated the Opinions on Further Promoting Supply-side Structural Reform, Shandong Province reform implementation plan. Starting with the analysis of the five theoretical logics, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of financial services in Shandong on the supply-side structural reform, and highlights the important role of development finance in key areas, weak links and key periods.
