本试验以12个标记基因系及其与毫梅的杂交F_1和F_2代为材料,以湖北省代表菌系江陵691为接种菌系,研究了分属于10个连锁群的14个标记基因的遗传方式及其与毫梅的抗白叶枯病新基因X_(a-i)的连锁关系。结果发现X(a-i)与第Ⅵ+Ⅸ连锁群即第2染色体的颈叶基因nl-1相互连锁。连锁值为39.1%。对毫梅在水稻育种上的利用进行了探讨。
