为了解原发性肝癌患者红细胞免疫作用,采用协同肿瘤红细胞花环(ATRR)试验、红细胞免疫复合物花环(RBC-ICR)试验检测33例原发性肝癌患者红细胞免疫功能,并探讨与甲胎球蛋白(AFP)的关系。结果表明原发性肝癌患者ATRR比对照组降低(P<0.01);RBC-ICR比对照组升高(P<0.01)。AFP与ATRR呈负相关、而与RBC-ICR呈正相关(r=-0.4784、0.5951,均P<0.05)。提示红细胞在抗肿瘤免疫中起重要作用,原发性肝癌患者红细胞免疫功能降低可能与癌细胞产生大量抗原物质有关。
In order to understand red blood cell immunity in patients with primary liver cancer, red cell immune function was examined in 33 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma using the Synergetic Tumor Red Cell Rosette (ATRR) test and the Red Blood Cell Immune Complex Rosette (RBC-ICR) test. The results showed that the ATRR of patients with primary liver cancer was lower than that of the control group (P<0.01), and the RBC-ICR was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).
