从某种意义上说,“教师的幸福就是教师在自己的教育工作中自由实现自己的职业理想的一种教育主体生存状态。”教师是学生教育生活的创造者,学生只有在教师的引导启迪下,才能创设幸福的教育场景,激发他们对于人生和世界的美好情怀。简言之,只有教师幸福地教,学生才能幸福地学,进而为自己的幸福人生奠定良好的基础。然而,越来越多的相关调研信息让我们意识到,我们的教师特别是一些中小学教师,长期处于身心疲惫的状态,他们的职业幸福感正在下降。
