近年来,建筑工程中针对超长现浇混凝土结构发展出来的一种新型混凝土品种则是补偿收缩混凝土。运用一定数量的膨胀剂在普通混凝土中进行添加,通过水化形成体积出现一定量的膨胀,通过钢筋和领位的束缚,促使具有0.2~0.8MPa预压应力形成,进一步将混凝土硬化过程中形成的收缩应力得到有效的消除,促使混凝土不会有裂缝渗水现象发生,从而使混凝土结构的超长无缝施工的实施得以实现。通过该材料的应用,为建筑工程施工过程中的质量得到有效的控制。本文主要从建筑工程实践相结合,对不长寿所混凝土裂缝的控制原理进行了总结,并进一步将不长收缩混凝土的具体施工技术进行了详细的阐述。
