航天产品单元可靠性评估是产品可靠性设计、试验、鉴定等的重要基础 ,手工计算复杂、速度慢、精度低 ,开发相应的可靠性评估软件将会使精度和速度都大大提高。正是基于这一目标 ,针对航天产品的二项单元、指数单元和正态单元的各种情况 ,研究了 2 7种评估模型的计算机软件 ,采用目录菜单结构有机的将各种模型分类组合起来。该软件适用于各种航天产品的单元可靠性评估 ,给出其可靠性置信下限和点估计值。实际应用表明 ,软件可大大提高航天产品可靠性评估效率 ,也可在其它领域推广使用
The reliability assessment of space product unit is an important foundation for product reliability design, testing, identification and so on. Complicated manual calculation, slow speed and low precision, the development of corresponding reliability evaluation software will greatly improve the precision and speed. It is precisely based on this goal that the computer software of 27 evaluation models has been studied in the light of the various situations of binary units, exponential units and normal units of aerospace products. The directory menu structure is used to classify various models organically . The software is applied to the unit reliability assessment of various aerospace products and gives its confidence lower limit and point estimate. Practical applications show that the software can greatly improve the reliability of space product evaluation efficiency, but also promote the use of other areas
