本文对银杏实生成龄优树叶子主要数量性状的遗传参数进行了研究。分析结果表明 ,3 0个性状指标的F检验均达显著或极显著水平。性状的遗传方差、变异系数及重复力 (R)的枝龄有关。 1年生枝段的ECV >GCV ,而 2、3年生枝段恰好相反。 2、3年生枝段叶性状的R >1年生枝段。有 1 0个指标的R大于80 %。 3个重量指标的相对遗传增益达 70 %以上。有 9对性状的遗传相关达 0 80以上。单叶面积与叶宽、单叶鲜重 ;单叶鲜重与干重 ;单叶干重与叶干重 /m·长枝相关遗传力达 70 %以上。银杏叶个体间变异较大。本研究对银杏叶性状指标的直接和间接选择进行了探讨
In this paper, we studied the genetic parameters of the main quantitative traits of Ginkgo biloba L. leaves. The results showed that the F test of 30 trait indexes reached significant or extremely significant level. Genetic variance of variance, coefficient of variation and branch age of repetitive force (R) 1-year-old branches of ECV> GCV, while 2, 3-year-old branches exactly the opposite. 2, 3 years old branch leaf traits R> 1 year old branches. R of more than 80 indicators with 10 indicators. The relative genetic gain of 3 weight indicators was over 70%. The genetic correlation of 9 pairs of traits was above 0 80. Leaf area and leaf width, single leaf fresh weight; single leaf fresh weight and dry weight; single leaf dry weight and leaf dry weight / m long branch of the heritability of more than 70%.
