根据国家安全监管总局、国家煤矿安监局关于《煤矿井下安全避险“六大系统”建设完善基本规范(试行)》[2011]33号文件的要求,规范和推进煤矿井下安全避险“六大系统”建设完善工作,进一步提高煤矿安全保障能力,促进矿井安全健康发展。根据KJY-96/10型矿用可移动式救生舱在贵州某矿井的实际应用情况,针对出现的问题提出了一些整改措施和建议。 According to the requirements of the State Administration of Work Safety and the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety on the six major systems of “safe and safe haven in coal mines” and the “Basic Standards for Construction and Improvement (Trial)” [2011] No.33, the safe haven in coal mines is regulated and promoted “Six Systems ” construction and improvement work, to further improve the coal mine safety and security capabilities, and promote mine safety and healthy development.
