目的了解芜湖市中学生伤害发生状况及其影响因素,为预防和控制中学生伤害的发生提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取芜湖市9所中学初一至高三年级的2 459名中学生,对近1 a来伤害的发生情况进行问卷调查。结果芜湖市中学生总伤害发生率为17.3%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别、年级、母亲文化程度、家庭关系、家庭月收入以及艾森克人格量表中神经质维度得分是伤害发生的影响因素(OR值分别为0.676,0.899,1.176,1.450,1.195和1.316)。结论中学生为伤害发生的高危人群。应针对不同的危险因素采取不同的干预措施,以促进中学生健康成长。
Objective To understand the status of secondary school students ’injuries and their influencing factors in Wuhu city and provide the basis for prevention and control of secondary school students’ injuries. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to collect 2 459 middle school students from the first to the third grade of 9 middle schools in Wuhu City. Questionnaires were made on the occurrence of injuries in the past 1 year. Results The total injury rate of middle school students in Wuhu was 17.3%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that neuroticism scores in sex, grade, mother’s education, family relationship, family monthly income and Eysenck personality scale were the influencing factors of injury (OR values were 0.676, 0.899, 1.176, 1.450 , 1.195 and 1.316). Conclusions Middle school students are at high risk of injury. Different interventions should be taken according to different risk factors to promote the healthy growth of middle school students.
