反思性教学正日益成为教师教育教学实践的一部份,它不仅有利于教师教学水平的提高而且会促进教师自身的发展。反思性教学是一个情感与认知密切相关并相互作用的过程。内在动机为反思性教学提供持续永久的动力,促进反思性教学。本文对教师的内在动机对反思性教学的作用等进行了一些探讨。
Reflective teaching is increasingly becoming a part of teacher education and teaching practice. It not only helps teachers improve their teaching but also promotes their own development. Reflective teaching is a process in which emotion and cognition are closely related and interact with each other. Intrinsic motivation provides a permanent and lasting motivation for reflective teaching and promotes reflective teaching. This article makes some discussions about the intrinsic motivation of teachers and the role of reflective teaching.
