目的了解济宁市出境人员性传播疾病(STD)知识掌握与需求状况,为开展STD健康教育提供科学依据,降低STD的传播。方法在济宁出入境检验检疫局随机抽取待出国人员,采用匿名自填方式问卷调查。对所得信息应用EXCEL软件建立数据库,用SPSS11.5软件进行分析。结果 364名被调查出境人员中,对艾滋病、梅毒、淋病知晓率达71.98%;对STD传播途径性接触的知晓率为80.77%,血液传播67.31%,母婴传播72.80%。对STD预防措施使用避孕套的知晓率为68.13%。出境人员对STD相关知识需求较高,有89.56%的人员表示希望了解更多的关于STD的知识。结论出境人员虽具有一定的STD知识,但平均受教育水平不高,知识的广度和深度不够,STD相关知识的宣传力度亟待加强。
Objective To understand the knowledge and needs of STDs among outbound personnel in Jining and to provide a scientific basis for STD health education and to reduce the spread of STD. Methods Jining Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau randomly selected to be leaving the country, using anonymous self-checking questionnaire. EXCEL software was used to build a database of the resulting information and analyzed using SPSS 11.5 software. Results The awareness rate of AIDS, syphilis and gonorrhea in 364 out-migrants was 71.98%. The awareness rate of STD-transmitted sexual contact was 80.77%, blood was 67.31%, and mother-child transmission was 72.80%. The awareness of using condoms in STD prevention measures was 68.13%. Outbound personnel had a high demand for STD related knowledge, and 89.56% of them said they wished to learn more about STD. Conclusion Although there is a certain STD knowledge, the average level of education is not high, the breadth and depth of knowledge is not enough, and the propaganda of STD related knowledge needs to be strengthened urgently.
