并行心律(PSR)型室性心动过速(VT)伴传出交替性文氏现象(AW),临床鲜见。现报告一例如下: 患者,男性,46岁。以阵发性心悸、胸闷3天住院。临床诊断:冠心病,心律失常型。图中仅见4次下传的窦搏(S),呈Rs型,宽0.08 s,PR间期0.16 s,P-P 0.94～12.22 s。在长异搏间期(0.94～1.16 s)中窦P波未能如期出现,且长P-P 12.22 s为0.94 s的13倍,提示Ⅱ度Ⅱ型窦房传出阻滞。
Parallel ventricular arrhythmias (PSR) -type ventricular tachycardia (VT) with alternating Wen’s phenomenon (AW), clinically rare. An example is reported below: Patient, male, 46 years old. To paroxysmal palpitations, chest tightness 3 days hospitalization. Clinical diagnosis: coronary heart disease, arrhythmia type. The figure shows only four times the sinus circulation (S), was Rs type, width 0.08 s, PR interval 0.16 s, P-P 0.94 ~ 12.22 s. In the long-beating interval (0.94 ~ 1.16 s), sinus P-wave did not appear as expected, and the long P-P 12.22 s was 13 times of 0.94 s, suggesting that Ⅱ degree Ⅱ type sinoatrial block.
